2019 for France will certainly be an odd year. Emmanuel Macron knows what's happening in Europe and will try with childish initiatives to show that France has a play role in the EU but for which Europe are we talking about? Especially when there is a PAX Deutschland which exists and every other country is essentially under Germany's control.....
Unfortunately because we are living in moments which are similar to 1936 - 1942 (Uranus in Taurus) the titans of politics didn't prevent achieve to prevent the delivery in 24 hours like the Commander Petain and the Major General Moris Gamelen.

The yearly culmination of France indicates a lot of obstacles and troubles for one personality trying for independence. The French people this year will have a sense of inferiority (wrongly) and this anxiety will pass through the Government. A scandal will affect the public opinion because a Government executive is concealing the truth.
France will have to go into submission and execute with accuracy the orders of Brussels.
Lack of funds. Restriction. The luck will finish and all of this will create high intensity in France and may cause the resignation of a few executives within the Government.

The Government but all of the political world will pretend that everything is going well. The senior officers will, with speed, be doing their duties and getting through work.
